“Clean, spacious and comfortable apartment 1/2 hour from Cooperstown. Modern kitchen with everything needed. Nice park across the street. Parking area a little sketchy. There is AC in most of the apartment (including in one of the three bedrooms) - we were able to use the fan to make it work. Didn’t see any bugs mentioned in previous review (there was an ant trap in the kitchen but we didn’t see any ants.) Check-in was very easy through lockbox for keys. ”

“The house is not clean! Owner states she has a cleaning service, but house had all sorts of bugs, dust and dirt in the bathroom corners and bedrooms. One bed quilt looked like it had dried blood on it. House was HOT!! We had to buy fans to cool down. When we left for the day, we left the air conditioner on, but when we returned it was off!?? There were no paper towels or trash bags provided and when I texted the owner with complaints, she didn’t text back. The cupboards are a mess!!! The...
